KM888 Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing km888.org, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the KM888 platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with KM888. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and KM888.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use of KM888 following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a KM888 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are located in the Philippines or are a Filipino citizen accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order placed on your KM888 account.
• You are not on any list of persons prohibited from accessing online gaming platforms as maintained by relevant Philippine authorities.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of KM888 or any of its partner companies.

KM888 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on the KM888 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended. Any balances or winnings held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. KM888 is not liable for issues arising from outdated account information.

• Your account username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact KM888 support immediately via live chat.
• KM888 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or closure at KM888's discretion, with prior notice given to the registered email address.

KM888 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing account at any time, at its sole discretion, particularly where the platform has reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.

04 Payments and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the KM888 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). KM888 supports the following payment channels for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500 per transaction.
• Deposit processing: GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.
• Withdrawal processing: Most withdrawal requests are processed within 2–6 hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal limits: Standard account withdrawal limits apply. VIP account holders benefit from elevated limits as outlined in the VIP Program terms.

KM888 may request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect player funds. KM888 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your GCash, Maya, or banking provider may apply their own fees independently.

KM888 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity. Deposits that cannot be matched to verified player funds may be frozen pending investigation.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

KM888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers exclusively for Filipino players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one promotional bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse prevention: KM888 monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns. Strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

06 Player Conduct

KM888 is committed to providing a safe and fair environment for all Filipino players. All players are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner when using the platform, including during interactions with customer support staff and within any community features.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the platform in an unfair manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors — any such errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, match fixing, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward KM888 staff or other players.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person where that person is ineligible to hold a KM888 account.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, KM888 may withhold funds, void bets, and report the activity to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

07 Games and Betting Rules

All games available on KM888 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, and esports markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface or betting market. Players are encouraged to read these rules before placing any wager.

• Random Number Generators: All KM888 electronic games use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games: Results from live dealer games are final once the round has been officially closed. No disputes regarding live dealer decisions will be entertained after the round concludes.

11 Limitation of Liability

• KM888 is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
